On Gratitude: Reflection Questions and Newly Acquired Knowledge
I’ve recently been feeling big gratitude for friendships and opportunities. While savoring these moments of gratitude, these questions emerged:
What does gratitude mean to you?
Who are you feeling grateful for?
What are you feeling grateful for?
What experience are you grateful for?
I’ve also been learning more about some of the positive impacts practicing gratitude can have on our well-being in addition to how gratitude connects to positive psychology.
